Why do some people seem opposed to any attempt by the facilitator/teacher to help them reflect? Answering either or both of these questions might provide some new understanding about how to improve the learning gained from experiential activities. A more thoughtful consideration and understanding of how people process information might also suggest new techniques to help our participants reflect and gain more from their experiences. more »
